53 foot Little Hoquiam Charter Boat

Operating out of Pillar Point Harbor in beautiful Half Moon Bay, the Huli Cat is 53 feet long and has an enclosed cabin. It accommodates up to 38 people for whale watching and tours. But, we don't fish that many for your comfort and enjoyment. The boat is fast, efficient, affordable, and clean - complete with a crew that really cares.

• Fishing charters include Salmon, Rock Cod, Squid, Crab, and Tuna.
• Other Charters include:  private parties, wine and cheese cruises, whale watching, nature trips, bird watching, weddings, and burial at sea (scattering of ashes).

Salmon Charters

April into November.  Usual departure is at 6:00 a.m., You need to be at the boat 45 minutes to 1 hour prior. The charter returns by 3:00 p.m. Fish cleaning and bait are included. 2007 fuel prices may necessitate a fuel surcharge.

Rock Cod / Squid / Crab Charters

Rockcod season is June into December.  Squid and Crab season is November into March.  Usual departure is at 7:00 am for local trips including crab combo. We leave at 6:00 am for Farallon Island trips. Charter typically returns by 3:00 pm. Island trips sometimes return later. Fish cleaning is available at extra cost.

Albacore Tuna

July into October.  Usual departure is at 4:00 am. The Charter return time varies. We do live bait trips when live bait is available.
